In the event of an incorrect order being delivered, please write to us with a picture of the parcel. We will immediately initiate a replacement. There is a marginal chance that the product you receive might go bad due to any delay in delivery or extremely hot weather. In such cases, please mail us a picture of the product. We will initiate a replacement and you will have our heartfelt apologies. In case a parcel is lost in transit or was returned due to the issue from the logistics side, a return parcel will be sent within a day of updating of status (Return or lost) on the logistics tracking website. This new parcel should reach you within a week. In any of the above cases, if you would prefer a refund, please let us know and we will initiate a refund.
